The mission of Project Beautiful is to develop, enrich and inspire the lives of community members through Cultural Literacy and Arts Education.
Project Beautiful aspires to create a community where all marginalized groups are engaged, empowered, and included through access to cultural literacy and art education. While engaging the local community, Project Beautiful strives to develop global initiatives to reach art-based programming across the world.
A teaching artist adds a cultural objective to an art experience while developing strategies and purposeful approaches to life. We facilitate spaces for creativity to reside!
Workshops offered are designed to meet specific goals of organizations and groups that address deficits and approaches resolutions through the arts. These experiences often involve efforts designed to explore a variety of perspectives involving organizational function, power distribution with empathy and sensitivity toward the goal of more open communication.
Assisting in the development of programs and activities in alignment with the mission and goals of an organization. Project Beautiful provides support and guidance to aid the organization in reaching its full potential while maintaining impact.
Curate, oversee and plan the creative process by focusing on implementing various strategies for innovation and cohesive development.
Fostering a safe space for incarcerated individuals to address the understanding of systematic tools of oppression that minorities become subjected to, through mass incarceration.
Collaboratively engaging with community partners and organizations to inspire social responsibility and evoke change.
